How/where are Orlanda's Cakes cupcakes made?

All our cupcakes are handmade in the Orlanda's Cakes kitchen. We don’t use any industrial equipment; all the cakes and icing is made in small batches. It takes longer but it tastes better.

Can you do me a special design/theme/colour?

Yes! We bake and decorate cakes fresh for every order, so custom decorations or themed selections are no problem.

How long do Orlanda's Cakes cupcakes keep for?

We say best eaten on the day, pretty perfect the following day, should be eaten up by the 3rd, if you have any left.

Do your cakes contain nuts?

Our cupcakes are made in a kitchen where nuts are used and some of the decorations contain nut oils. All our cupcakes may therefore contain traces of nuts.

Where do you deliver to?

We’re based in South East Kent, and deliver locally  between £5 and £16. For special orders (or those with a specific time slot) we can also arrange courier delivery elsewhere in the country - let us know what you need and where and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery varies depending on your location. In the event of us having to use a courier we only ever charge for actual delivery costs.

Can I collect to avoid paying for delivery?

Yes! We’re very happy to have orders collected.

How far ahead do I need to order?

At least two or three days in advance is our preferred minimum, but if you need our cupcakes in a shorter time please ring us on 07967268977 or contact us to see if we can . For weddings and other large orders it is advisable to give us as much notice as possible.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept online payment for all major UK cards via PayPal.  For advance orders such as weddings we require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking with the remainder payable 4 weeks prior to collection/delivery.

What is the minimum order?

For private orders we have a minimum order of 1 box of 6 , 1 dozen mini cupcakes.

Can I order less than the minimum amount?

Unfortunately not, other than any special orders we are advertising.
